Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement ("Terms of Service") is a legal agreement between you ("Subscriber") and Net Doctors SC LLC. ("Company"), governing your use of our services, including fiber and wireless internet. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

2. Definitions

- **The Company:** Refers to Net Doctors SC LLC, headquartered at 209 E. North 1st St. Seneca, SC 29678.
- **The Subscriber:** Refers to any individual or entity who subscribes to or uses services provided by the Company.
- **Services:** Includes internet connectivity, hardware rental, technical support, and any additional offerings from the Company.

3. Account Registration and Security

- Subscribers are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- The Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify the Company of unauthorized access immediately.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.

4. Pricing and Billing

- **Payment Obligations:** Subscribers agree to pay all fees associated with their selected service plan. Payments are due on the first day of the billing cycle.
- **Additional Charges:** Data overages, late payments, or other incidental charges will be billed as per the rates outlined on netmds.com.
- **Refunds:** The Company does not offer refunds for unused services, except as required by law.

5. Service Availability and Quality

- The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee availability in all locations or at all times.
- Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may affect service quality temporarily.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

- Subscribers must not use the service for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities, including but not limited to piracy, hacking, or harassment.
- Any violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

7. Termination of Service

- Subscribers may terminate their subscription with 10 days' written notice.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, or other breaches of this Agreement.
- Upon termination, Subscribers must return any rented equipment in good condition.

8. Privacy Policy

- The Company values your privacy and will only collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for service provisioning and billing purposes.

9. Liability and Indemnification

- The Company is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches, except as required by law.
- Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services.

10. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina.
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before resorting to litigation.

11. Amendments to the Terms

- The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
- Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email or on netmds.com.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Subscriber and the Company, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
